ORDER CANCELATION
We accept order cancelations within 12 hours of your completed purchase. After 12 hours no order cancelations or refunds are permitted. If you wish you cancel your order, please send an email to: concierge@amandakleinjewelry.com and include your order # information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY  
At this time all items are final sale. Due to the finality of your purchase, please review the product details before purchasing. We are here to help if you have any questions prior to making your purchase. Send us an email at concierge@amandakleinjewelry.com.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at concierge@amandakleinjewelry.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and we will assist you.

ONE-YEAR PROTECTION PLAN  
Quality and great craftmanship is of our utmost concern. With every piece purchased you’re also getting a complementary one-year warranty on our jewels for all manufacturing defects (materials and craftmanship), with a valid proof of purchase. Kindly note that our warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, scratches from day-to-day wear, neglect or improper use. For complimentary repair inquiries, please email concerige@amandakleinjewelry.com. Include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage and proof of purchase. Repairs take 3-6 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your items back to you as soon as it is ready and notify you with a tracking number as soon as it ships. Repairs needed after one year or deemed to be caused as misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING POLICY
Our production timeline is currently up to 3 weeks to complete a piece. As soon as each piece is complete, your order will be shipped.
We offer free shipping for North America for orders over $100.00 CDN. All packages require signature on delivery. We are not able to ship orders to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. You will receive a tracking number from AK Concierge at the email address you have provided once your package is on its way.

CUSTOM ORDERS
We accept requests for your custom orders. Please email us at: concierge@amandakleinjewelry.com with details about your request and we will do our best to accommodate. Kindly note custom orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable and are charged in full before placed into production. Special orders cannot be canceled once they have been put into production.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International orders are shipped ground delivery, there is no free shipping available. The cost of the shipment will be calculated and provided to you at checkout.
Duties & Taxes are not included in the total at checkout. Duties are calculated and determined by the country’s Custom Agency. If any duties are applied, the payment is the sole responsibility of the recipient, not Amanda Klein Jewelry Inc.

We are unable to modify your order once it has been placed with the courier, please ensure all information is correct before completing your order.
